@jschrist This asset is only the shopping arcade itself and is meant to be decorated with your choice of buildings. A good place to start is waya's assets . A few detailing mods (Move It, Find It, Ploppable RICO) will be necessary to place them correctly along the arcade.

The photos look great, I would love to add this to my city. However, I must be doing something wrong. I have the shade structure, core and ends, but no store fronts?
