Courtyard is charming, the house itself looks cheap and simple, but still has a distinctly western asian feeling to it appropriate to Armenia, and does not look out of place. Kudos to the original architect and to yourself for introducing it to us.

Very nice and thanks for sharing. I would have expected the early type housing to have a lower quality rating, around 75% or so.
