it runs a loop and checks if the next radar target is within 1.5km of the first, since chaff always shows up as the highest target on radar

This works between 1km-20km perfectly tbh at 40km the hit chance is like 25% however it's still one of the best spaa missiles on the workshop

Composite number 1 from missile radar component, it gives distance to target.
Feed it through a threshold gate set to 5500 to 40000.
Use output however you would like.

The creature was never updated for the missiles fins breaking update.
The budget shoot cue method will tell you that there is a target available for the missile to follow.

The workshop version of the hud I use (which is the one you are talking about) does not have an integrated shoot cue (new hud being released soon).

Best bet is to take the advice I gave earlier about putting a missile radar in your plane and hooking up your own indicator.

pro tip, copy the missile seeker and put it in your plane, composite number channel 1 into a threshold gate set to 5500 - 40000. free shoot cue
