Had to remove. They are a bit OP with the loyalty specialty. I have to fight them no matter what kind of win I'm going for.

@Spartak this bug was because incompatibility with Zaporizhian Sich mod. I updated it and everything works well. You need to update Zaporizhian Sich mod and text must work normal)

@Myraseth Of course, I'd love some help making this mod better, it's my first mod for a new civilisation and it's honestly not very well done. But I promise that my next mod for the new nation (which is already in the works) will be many times better)

As a historian and user of your mod, is it alright if I tossed you a friend request, to offer some constructive changes/ideas, and maybe add new dialogue and rewrite some that's in broken English? I've been wanting a Texas civ since Civ 5, and since yours is the only one and I don't know how to make Civs, I'd like to help any way I can.
