Regarding the Divine Geode issue, there's nothing I can do, you must disable the DLC, it automatically adds the item there for no reason whatsoever

The thing is, the requirement to craft them makes them annoying to craft, when you got all the souls. You must be cheating if you got those really 'powerful' and 'game-breaking' ones.

Genuine question, what is the point of pre-ml forces? All of their effects are buffed to be viable post-ml, giving them to players pre-hm is obviously game breaking.
