I cant seem to copy this to other worlds via SEtoolbox. any idea?

No, but you can add more asteroids in game.

Is it possible to add all ores to this asteroid? What tool would I use if so?

SEToolbox has changed I have problem with import asteroids.

I can create another map with more of flat surface.

I Love the map but i was wondering if you could remake this one but with some of the lower level's filled,
I think this map is perfect for large buildings and it will give us a lot of flat surface to work with.

The asteroid shows holes from a distance, can this be fixed so that the asteroid looks legit from a distance =) ?

Awh pitty. Would be so cool to be able to mine in survival and build small bases here and there and drive around between them. How does asteroid making work? Can you add more minerals to a custom asteroid?

No it is mainly for creative mod for building bases.....
