@Clear For Takeoff
Use it carefully, don't drag your mouse to an existing track or bridge or something, let the mouse pass through these existing lanes, then no crash.

When the game think you are trying to make a lane connect to anther lane by using this bridge, it will crash.

This is weird but it works...

This one crashes, DO NOT USE

Crash problem confirmed. But don not know the correct reason so can not solve it. Try to build these bridges carefully then most of the time crash can be avoid.

same problem, the game crashes when building a double track bridge
Dinek05 26. jan. 2024 kl. 7:26
I also have crash issues only with this bridge

I've been having crash issues with this mod too. It often happens when I try to modify the bridge. May be an issue arising from the game not knowing what to do when the bridge does something other than a standard bridge

@Major Problem
Thank you very much for your feedback. Your feedback is important.
However, apart from you two respected players, no player has ever reported this problem to me. Therefore, I ask you to create a new savegame with ONLY this mod enabled to check out whether the problem is caused by mod conflict or this mod itself.

If the test finds that there are still CTD in the savegame with only this mod enabled, plz do tell me every step you've done so that I can stably reproduce this bug.
If the test finds that there is a mod conflict, you can quickly find out the specific conflict mod using dichotomy or other methods.

This mod creates the same CTD for me as others mention below.... except I haven't even done anything at all besides installing the mod and then enabled it.
It's worth mentioning that the CTD comes the instant when I simply click an already placed station. Always.

@Papupi
Thank you for your feedback. I can't find the reason for this problem, so you have to avoid building bridges under such circumstances...
Papupi 31. aug. 2022 kl. 12:28
hey qq, ive been using almost all your bridges forever, but this is the first one that as mentioned by others, also crashes the game without chance to load, only happens to me when snapping horizontally or vertically to existing tracks, in my case it doesnt fail at crashing when using Track Builder mod by WernerK

@QQxiaoshui-2 Thanks. I notice it's only when the bridge tries to connect to an another bridge, when it is not far enough apart in height, causing the game to freeze and consume insane amounts of RAM.

@Fatston Hale
Thank you for your feedback.
I have built many things under these bridges, but I have never encountered similar problems once, so I can't think of possible reasons and solutions for the time being. I will continue to follow this. Thank you again for your feedback

Having a similar issue, but mine happens when I'm building a new tunnel *under* the bridge, and TpF does its thing where the tunnel tries to connect to the bridge.

Details:

Assertion Failure: Assertion `m_meshes->Get(meshId)->va2vertexAttr[index].numComp == GetNumComponents(vertexInputs .attributes[0].format) * (int)vertexInputs .attributes.size()' failed.

Huh? Nevermind, it disappeared. Still, if you know what that issue is, please tell me. I'm pretty sure it's because of me building a bridge.

Hey, I'm having some weird crashes with these.

Details:

Assertion Failure: Assertion `m_meshes->Get(meshId)->va2vertexAttr[index].numComp == GetNumComponents(vertexInputs .attributes[0].format) * (int)vertexInputs .attributes.size()' failed.

Minidump: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/-------/1066780/local/crash_dump/1f22c52f-b058-4336-80cd-1b86ec1dffec.dmp

In function: const struct VertexBuffers &__cdecl VaoManager::Get(const class ITechnique *,int,int)

It happened 3 times when I tried to build similar bridges. I built it as a connection between 2 other bridges. The bottom part seems to be colliding with an another bridge under it.
