what faction did u play ? because cathay should have the effect in level 5
* Any level of the wall building allows vanguard deloyment (not just max level)
* Slightly alter the description of the building tooltip to say "Attribute: Vanguard Deployment (Lord's forces, Garrison forces)", which makes it clear that if there is no Lord present on the world map garrisoned in the city, the built-in garrison units can also vanguard deloy on their own.
i will try this one now
-Added the effect to nurgle main building chain because the faction doesn't have walls building.
-Added to minor settlements garrison building from tier 2
and the IE will be out in the next month so I don't see any reason to support WH2 anymore.
