Use the Profile system for that. Register Panels -> Open Profile Panel. To get the Spanish Skeleton equivalent of "models/player/kleiner.mdl", simply find his model in the browser on the right, then right click on his icon and "Copy" to copy his model directory. In the second page of the profile (Settings 2) you can select his voice pack. Boom, you're good to go!

Uh, question:
I've seen in videos people getting specific models to go with specific voices, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
So in this example, how do I get the Spanish Skeleton voice lines to go with the model?
