Ok so performance mods the delete debris can cause issues. noted.

My problem is fixed.

Similar issue as techno. boom, but no damage. i did some tests and it isn't even spawning the pucks. It might be a performance mod that deletes debris. imma disable it and see if that works

That's weird. Did it spawn the pucks or not? It happens every time and on every map? Need more information. This is the first time I heard about this kind of bug... Maybe you can disable other mods to see if it works properly.

Check the option menu, there is a non explosive mode which might be accidentally turned on.
