I think OktoberScarf brings up a good point about this, rather than going on your head, it'd be better as a melee weapon, most likely for Scout given his relation to sports through the Sandman. But I can understand why you'd make it another wacky object on head, since I'm trying to tolerate more goofy cosmetics.

I think this sort of idea would only truly shine as a joke weapon much like that Hot Hand rather than an all-class cosmetic. Not a very big fan of this.
