Try this mod out and replace the music with Testosterone by Bush, it fits so well.

I know how to do OGG file, luckily Audacity has a converter setting for that.
Though I thought the OnSilentWings.ogg file was used in that one guys house with the dog. Am I remembering it wrong?

or you can just replace the existing OnSilentWings.ogg file but that will replace the P2 credits song too.

You'd need to convert the song into OGG file, and throw it into P2 music folder. Then open the startup map in editor and edit the song thing (it's not that hard even if you didn't used PostED, simply double click on the music icon to open properties window and here in one of the tabs you can change name of the song file)

Ah, xPatch Enhanced you say... you'd need to replace xPatch's Startup then. If I remember correctly it should be Postal2Complete/5024X/Maps/

It's basically 99% done but I'm also still waiting for translators to finish subtitles.
If it takes too long I'll release it with what is ready and add other ones later.
