The Ore Texture is among my top 3 textures for landscaping. I could even accept first place. The idea behind is great, ore texture is wisely mixed and doesn't attract so much attention when the tiling is small. I would love to see even bigger Ore texture files for a even larger tiling. This is the right direction to for a realistic landscaping. imo,mixing textures to create the desirable results.
Would be nice to see new textures following this method. Like a pack of textures simmilar to the Ore of yours ! Boom.

Outstanding theme, one of the best on the Workshop.

Amazing stuff. It was not until I adopted this theme that my city finally appeared realistic in colours. LUT alone was not enough.

Could you release a texture for the medians of large roads used in this theme? Specifically, I'm trying to match the pavement islands that are created with fillers in the intersection marking tool to look like the rest of the medians. Currently, the intersection marking tool pavement islands use the road texture, which makes them look out of place and after extensive searching I am unable to find a suitable texture on the workshop. Thanks for any consideration.

Yeah I played around with it abit but I couldn't find a good location. You should try chengfolios google maps, I've used it for heightmaps in the past but you can download normal satellite images aswell and you set the resolution you want. But I ended up having to merge the images in photoshop anyway because 4096 is too big but that's easy anyway

D3N5 thanks!. Yes it's a satellite image. You have to try various image in order to find the right one.And you have to use a bit of editing to merge two images (best satellite image i could find was 4800x2400) and adjust the border. with that tetxture i was lucky, fit perfectly with the others and it's really hard to see repetition.

The idea to tile the ore texture like that was amazing, played around with it today on my own map and it looks great, well done! Did you take the texture from a satellite image or something? I'd like to try something similar with the oil texture to have more variation over a larger surface.

Brilliant idea to go with the large tile size for ore to create terrain variability! Excellent ruin and sand texture blending and great alpha masking with the oil. Hope you don't mind if I steal some of these ideas. All in all, superb map theme!
