But in my opinion, the observation balloon is OP and unrealistic. It should have a range of 1 and less bombard power than ground units.
The drone is also OP when compared to classic air units. You're mentioning the war in Ukraine, but they're mostly using small drones with limited firepower.
Both these recon units should have secondary attack capabilities only, when their initial goal is to support classic units.

@Fantasy295 +1 siege unit range and the attack bonus given by drone still works with this mod.
But note that because of how planes work in game (you can't deploy a plane in enemy territory) your balloon and drone might not be able to come close enough to give their bonus (they don't need to be on top of the siege unit to work, being adjacent is fine)
