We can go two ways with this: One is where we do away with the frog and focus on the beret, which can be tweaked to have a different style.
The other is where you consider the frog theme to be absolutely necessary. In this case, having a beret with a lily-pad pin would be an acceptable compromise on a redesign.
Work on this. You have modeling (and programming) talent and it shows with the unique flexes, which aren't unappreciated. However, what you've made with that talent unfortunately isn't something that most people would want.
