But after thinking some more on it myself. I think the perk will just work, as if you don't have any special ammo equipped when. Resupply Ammo will just reload the weapon with it's equipped ammo mod.
Still a very useful perk, and to honest probably more balanced that way.
I have used mods that turned ammo into mods in the past, but after starting using the Keeper class I stopped. Was afraid of getting bugs.
Also Denmother insisted on being a Keeper for me, had to change her manually with console commands. Not sure what's up with that, thought it might be rare case of load order mattering but Field Officer is below Rescue Denmother in my setup.
Because I like the idea of this class, but I really don't want the Denmother mod
