dxgi.maxFrameRate = 140
d3d9.maxFrameRate = 140

Anti-Aliasing:
d3d9.forceSwapchainMSAA = 8

it gave me an extra like 10 fps and now i get 35fps-50fps

To enable Vsync
- create or download "dxvk.conf" file
https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/blob/master/dxvk.conf
- put it in the game dir
- add or uncomment these lines
dxgi.tearFree = Auto
d3d9.tearFree = Auto
