Can NPC have modded destinies? Since it would be a nightmare to go against a heavenly chosen npc with this destiny on top.

Please make it 100% chance. When you have other mods, with useless 100% destinies, and your trying to get 2 specific destinies...it's a pain in the ass.

And here I thought they were just stupidly tanky... Does this still work properly?

Added 20% damage to Taoist minds when humiliating Heaven's Chosen.
When you break a Heaven's Chosen's Taoist mind by attacking and humiliating them, you can remove their heaven's chosen bonuses essentially turning them into a regular cultivator again.
(Usually it takes like 15-20 humiliations, but with this it should take only 5.)
