Port it. It's not all that hard. Just recompile the model in crowbar as a gmod model.

Hey thanks for the credit man! I really appreciate it and I'm glad I could help the original out! One thing to note is that the boomer vomit overlay texture on the arms and hands is still messed up. It's a pretty simple and straight forward fix, but only if you really want to do it.
