@EMA02 yes you can grab ledges in AT2D but you can do that in so so many games - this is Rivals of Aether. While I do want all my moves to come from AT2D, Not everything in AT2D NEEDS to be a move.

ledge grabbing can be honestly quite annoying in smash so I don't really care to implement it. Plus, the character already has a wall cling, which is basically the same thing without invincibility frames.

I mean, minewas more of a reference than anything really, unless the AT2D game provides a move thamìt makes sense it seemed linke a nice touch and I doubt it would make the game worse in any way tbh

3 DS games ('Phineas and Ferb', 'Phineas and Ferb: Ride Again', 'Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd dimension') don't let that last name fool you, it's not like the wii version at all.

@super isaiah i played AT2D on my wii when i was younger and had lots of fun. i haven't play any of the other ones though

@EMA02 I realize my last comment makes it seem like I thought ALL other phineas and ferb games are bad, but that's not really true. I think AT2D is by far the most unique and unironically fun of them, but I recognize that games like Transportinators of Doom and Quest for Cool Stuff have SOME merits. But when I was playing through all of them, the only one that really stood out as high effort and seething with passion is AT2D for Wii. The rest just felt a little more, idk, made for the sake of having it made and not really for the joy of making it.

The only part of Return of the Platypus I thought was cool was the final boss but even that wasn't really that fun gameplay wise and it is an incredibly short game

don't even get me STARTED on P&F and P&F Ride Again for DS. I remembered playing those as a kid and not liking them much even when I was in my peak P&F fanatic phase, and I replayed them recently and.. sheesh, don't think I enjoyed those at all.

@DrBrains might release other stages like the balloon dimension or the Old Timey dimension as well.

@EMA02 this is not a phineas and ferb character. This is a Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension WIi/PS3 character. Not a Dimension of Doooom character, not a Return of the Platypus character.

This is very important to me because I've played all phineas and ferb games and the ONLY one that I actually think is a genuinely decent game is AT2D Wii. The rest of them are just gimmicks with not much funding or effort put in, in my opinion.

My main goal with this character is as a celebration to AT2D Wii, because it's one of the really rare times a licensed game actually TRIES to be good, and be it's own adventure, rather than just a crappy game that only sells because of the movie. If I just made it so that the mod referenced all the crappy games as well, it would just seem like a celebration of Phineas and Ferb - which isn't really what this is. AT2D Wii is an underrated game, Phineas and Ferb, as much as I love it, isn't really underrated.

Also, could Perry grab onto ledges the same way he does in agent p retrun of the platypus (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgnBo73qzBw) it'd be a nice touch

Nice work! Bummed that Perry isn't done yet, but what's here is a lot! Great work! (Might need to decrease the amount of ranged spam you can do with the baseball/ midair flamethrower/rocket, but otherwise, feels fun and not terribly OP!)

@Sky Kyosuke I hate to tell you, perry doesn't have finished sprites yet. (neither does ferb). Hopefully I'll finish them within the coming months. For now you can play as Terry the Turtle (epic)
