these models (the security ones specifically, with the body groups) come from the infamous "SMOD: Tactical" mod. a user named "Half-Dead" reskinned 3 of those models to match the outfits of the security guards in HL1.

The models that were originally in the "SMOD: Tactical" mod were citizen heads slapped onto retextured versions of the CS:S "Urban" playermodel. from what i can tell the SCP versions use reskinned "urban" playermodels as well.

the security guard ragdolls all spawn fine on my end, that just seems like a you problem. perhaps you have a mod installed that breaks something
