U remove ur own wargoals. if u want to use it on other countries just use tag command

You can remove it, but it won't appear immediately. At least 1 hour must pass in the game.

some war goals can't be removed. Like the one Japan gets on Indochina against France :(

There are non expire war goals, you can get war goal to non existent country or you can get war goal even yourself

Maybe if you enable the decision for all countries (player and AI alike) at game start, independently if there are wargoals active or not, BUT keeping the lines ai_will_do = {
factor = 0
}

Sooo.... What I would like to ask, pretty please, is if you could make it so the player doesn't have to wait for a day to pass to enable these decisions after switching (when the game is still paused). Do you think it's possible?

I just tested it on MD. Indeed it works. However, the player has to wait one day before the decision becomes available to him after switching.

It should work with all mods and yes it'll work if you switch the country

I understand that the AI won't use these decisions, but do they remain available to the player if he switches country with the "tag ###" command? Also, does this mod works with Millennium Dawn?
