What Connor says :) The Lighting Mod has only been hidden for a bit (updated it with a critical fix) :)

Guys the example ELS mod wont work until the 31st of May when the beta branch for the newest update is active.

@Greywolf - it seemed to have been removed.

This current mod doesn't seem to work? There isn't any change to the ELS sounds just like how the example light mod didn't work
