Pre-determined Civs, @DeviousTyrant? If you mean all the "AI" empires will be force-spawned Customized Empires, then they should start out with the Traits you have already set out for them.

FEs will still be randomized as far as I can remember anyways.

However, they will still have the Trait Points and Picks still set at them and can be used if they have gene modding.

Quick question. If I start a new game and only use the pre-determined civs available to populate the galaxy, will they also get additional traits or are there's already hard-coded in as they're, well, pre-determined.

I did as requested @Yggdrasil75 :P Honestly I was planning on running the range of going 99, then 60, then 30, then 10.

After that, its a matter of maintenance and having these kinds of things always updated for people to use lol.

However, there is something nice with just outright cheating too. Its not for everyone tho :P

ah, here it is. nice, I definitely prefer this over 99 points and picks where its basically just cheating in every trait. instead, this lets you min-max, but it does force it to be somewhat balanced by only allowing you to use a small number of points, so every "max" has a "min" to pick.
more points than vanilla, but not egregiously large amounts. this lets you pick "thematic" such as "horns", "tiny", or "three eyes" and similar from some trait mod or other without preventing you from picking actually practical traits.
