just as an info:
you might want to add a space before and after the actuall link inside the moddescription so that it stays a working link and steam can handle it.
to show what i mean:

not working link:

working link:
( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2172453698&searchtext=transparent )

and you could also cut out the part behind the modid startign with the & and still link towards the mod but without the searchtext stuff.

would then look like this as a working link:
( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2172453698 )

You delete the block like any other, it's just a little tricky because it's invisible, try looking at the center of the block to delete.

How to delete that block?

This one is actually useful when you`re poor and building asteroid base
