When it crashes, I try to scroll the mouse wheel to make the map becoming the whole map and click on Katarin after restarting the game. It no longer crashes for some time. Hope my method will do some help for anyone experiencing crashes.

She looks fine in campaign/battle map. Its just when you click her and open her menu, she looks way smaller.

When I use this reskin mod, Katarin model becomes smaller. I have only enabled your mod and double check with other lord model and she just looks way smaller. How do I fix it?

Hey =) thanks a lot for the mod, character design is absolute peak. I saw a possible solution on the forums with meta files, maybe it will help in fixing the ice crown:

"we can no longer edit vanilla meta files, this no longer works and has no effect. The game will always load the vanilla ones and ignores the edited ones.
Only solution is to replace every meta files by custom one, but it's really annoying and takes way more times"

We are all waiting for the return of the crown.

Was working fine for ~50 turns, but getting pretty consistent crashes now. Wonder if its only an issue on the sled.

post July 18 update, I'm still occasionally crashing when clicking Katarin.

@EastCLiff Thanks for the report! I couldn't replicate it but I think you're onto something. The persistent animation meta changed at some point and broke the in-battle spinning crown animations but I kept the animations in case I could fix it in the future, but it doesn't seem likely. So I've removed the animations folder to avoid other issues in the future. Just have to live with no crown in battle...

For those looking for a quick fix, I recommend simply deleting the anim folder inside the file — this solved the crash issue for me. There were no problems when testing in custom battles even before editing, but the crash occurred in campaign mode when Katarin was riding the sled. (I was playing Karl.) After several attempts, the crash disappeared when I deleted the anim folder using RPFM. I suspect there might have been an issue with the 'campaign' animation related to the sled. I still need to play more to be sure, but at the very least, the crash that used to occur when selecting the army of katarin is now gone. The sled’s combat animations in custom battles also seem to work fine before and after deleting the folder. I hope this helps others as well.

@McdoRonaldo. Just close other reskin mod.But be honest to you.it will still have crashes even you turn off all other mod.but at least become a little bit stable than crash on turn 1.

@McdoRonaldo and the others, what other mods do you have running? Do you get the same issue if this is the only mod you're running?

@ZRBEM, same here - whenever I click 'katarin' troop, got a crash

I have tried for many times.I'm sure at least for me is the 'HV reskin' mod caused the crash.so if some of you guys still have the crash issues.try to turn off your other reskin mod.

Any chance you're able to do the "corrupted" skins as stand alone? Like some of the looks but with SFO i've got my hands full with other overhaul type mechanics as it is.

I can't replicate crashing at all so can't fix; potentially an animation issue if you're using another mod that modifies Katarin's animations

I am on IE campaign, trying to trigger the first event, I have done 3 battles now following the guide and the event isn't triggering.

I can't replicate the crashes right now, are you trying in Realm of Chaos campaign? Going forward only Immortal Empires is supported
