@Krake I've prototyped something like this, it's mostly functioning now.

Could something external (to Noita) swap the Image? so you could f.eks cycle through the different "Issuebruhs"? So the mod would have two folders one with the possible images and one the actual image. I guess I'll have to download one of these to look at (incomprehensible) myself.

@Krake the game has an image it displays when you die, I don't think it would be possible without some workaround like making the game over image invisible and faking one

(doesn't know how all the game over replacers work) So could the game over image be dynamically tied to what killed you, and by extension have Street Fighter style comments in a box on your "issues":DSTghost:
