I encountered the same problem with the mission not showing in scenarios or in multiplayer.

Anyway I will try to resubb until it apper, and thanks for porting this on the map.

i fixed it lol, i kept resubbing until it popped up

if subscribed, it should appear both when self-hosting a multiplayer server or under the single player scenario menu, assuming you have the actual Niakala terrain.

The mission doesnt show up?

when using ACE Medical, "revive" must be disabled, when using ACE Advanced Fatigue, "stamina" must be enabled.

Whenever I start the game my character and ai just get stuck and cant move.

CBA and ACE3 are required for the DRO ACE versions as several internal scripts are rewritten with ACE3 in mind. you could probably strip that stuff out to remove ACE3 requirements, but at that point you might be better off porting the older non-ACE version.
