TF2 is one of those older games that don't use .vfont format, but you can try this

inside the archive is .vpk addon, and .ttf file that you'll have to click on to install it on your windows.
This file is from 2012 so I can't 100% guarantee if it works flawlessly still.

@Fantasy these are only the fonts from certain Valve games with engine similar to L4D2, that's why selection is so small.

Is there a way to actually open Valve's .vfont? As in view/edit the files, not just find a similar font. You'd be a godsend if you told us how.
