As the LJ75 is a GA aircraft in the game, it can randomly spawn as normal GA flight and not only as emergency. This is fix programmed in the game code and we cannot change that.

How does it work?

Air ambulances spawn only in the event of a medical emergency.
To get random emergencies, you have to play on the difficulty "moderate" or higher.

If you play in Sandbox mode, emergencies have to be turned on in the advanced settings when you create the map.
