ok, thank you, I use this character for short and YouTube videos, and I monetize only for long and short videos on YouTube, is it okay if I use it like this? and what is the name of this character, I don't want to name it because it's not mine

yes it is fine. People do it and my friends using it also do it all the times. As long as you don't adjust it in the way that would distort the model beyond the way it was intended to be (cutting, hiding off parts, twist the model), applying filters and changing colors should be fine.

and yes you can also use it for your YT channel, as long as you dont monetize it directly (like making merch), since it's an OC character that I'm still using for my own stuffs.

this model doesn't have expression toggles. You can try to mess around with the mouth or eyes parameters instead.
