@Vitatious I used the load order mod and its called Skyve now, still does not work.

@STIG You have to use the Load Order mod and place PO second after Harmony, which is first. Your POs aren't loading because the game loads POs after whatever mod conflicts with it.

The holograms won't stay visible after converting into PO, especially after reloading the game.
