Thanks. I was saying that because steam itself is saying those two mods are dependencies. It doesn't actually show up as such on the modlist in Rimworld.

Idk whats the issue between you and steam or its just the way how you ask the question, this was server intended and due to mod load order, it has id's that Rimworld(not steam) looks for on load, but your game will work just fine without those 2 mods. And you can put it in your mod list on any place, itll work just fine ;)
