No the asset isn't been setup that way. You can try to use things like [Roof Network], [Surface Network] or any other ploppable surfaces props to put other type of surface you prefer on there instead.

Absolutely love this asset, but the colour scheme doesn't quite fit my city, do you know of a way I can change the colour of just the roof? RePaint paints the whole building :( I am still relatively new to this, so I don't know if it's possible with other software

Lod 2048x2048 x 2 sets
I dont put it in description cuz it feels kinda pointless, since you cant compare this asset with others that only have one mesh and one texture set...
