Tried looking into the .pack file for info but I must be missing something. At the start of each turn since my Herald of Tzeentch reached level 15 the camera pans to him like I'm going to be given a choice for it, yet the prompt doesn't appear

I think not being able to get all the skills, and so have some specialization of your heroes or lords, make them a bit more unique. That's why I'm only giving a bit more skill points for the first levels, and not 4 skill points per level as some other mods do.
But giving extra points per level makes leveling up a lot easier, and even if the AI has the same ability it still makes the game a little bit easier. So maybe increasing the max rank would be better. So the player would not get those precious more skill points for free.
Also, adjusting the amount of XP the player needs to advance to higher ranks so that it increases if possilbe should make high leveled lords and heros much more valuable.
Great work with adjustment to lightning strike. This ability always just felt so cheaty.
