Just honor the sequence of arrivals into Jamaica and do the stated thing of clearing Penn branch ahead of Atlantic branch, and you'll be A-okay. also don't be afraid to stack things up behind them to keep sequence or to repeatedly switch the direction of the drill track next to the eastbound pair (the one due east of Track 5).

Love the map but you have one station named wrong. Its Hollis queens not Hollins. The map is excellent to play.
