What's the cause of the announcer spam issue? Is it a custom level_sounds/soundscapes that doesn't get properly loaded when used through workshop? If so, SourceMod-enabled servers can use https://github.com/nosoop/SM-TFWorkshopSoundsFix

This is a super-duper fun map; I absolutely loved playing it on April Fools and it was definitely in the top 3 for me of the, what, 17 maps this year? Absolutely awesome.
