I know you are no longer updating this, but if you can, could you at least make it so it doesn't crash with DLC policies?

Neat hypothetical scenaria. Though I find it particularly unlikely that Globalism would rise as a result of nuclear disaster. If anything this would dramatically result in numerous isolated small factions among the survivors.

Make it so that there is 0 ethnic minorities, infact, remove them from the game altogether when playing as the world.

Get to the support section and click on Create New Topic.

First check if it does the same with the other mods.
Once you done that disable all of the mods (except world) and try again. Multiple mods running at the same time might be the cause of the problem.

Had to reduce the population. Maximum population capacity of the game was around 2 billion.
