can't remember off the top of my head
its just vanilla army beret dropped on the ground, now as for their look in game randomly picks from selection skin so you might have to trial and error for the right one to spawn or pick the one you want when creating a character
If uniform its part of Sharks military uniform
the way it works is that game pick randomly one of the textures from folder which all have distinctly different rank on them
however because of texture size and the model itself its pretty hard to spot the difference with some of them in game
