Thank you for sharing your mod, it's very useful, is it possible to add other modded trucks like Ironwerx that's the only one I found that doesn't work on.

To everyone asking why this replaces the Lean Out cam.
That is the only camera that pivots, sucks I know.
I have another mod that did the same thing; but that modder included how to resort back to lean out, but keeping the other mods in that particular mod intact.

can you please change the camera button to another less likely used button instead of the only reverse camera there is please and thank you as its a good mod but i cant use it as i use camera 5 to back up into areas. like that is the most used camera angle for most of us players as its the most realistic way to back a truck up

why did yo u replace the one realistic view used to help back up there were plenty of others as i use that one the most as im triple screen and having the pivot cam as the one i use is not cool

Can you make one that's positioned just by the door/mirror but can actually pivot all the way unlike the vanilla on?

maybe a dumb question...how do i pivot the camera to look around...im using Track IR but the camera just points forward "scratches head"

Question...in several trucks the camera is placed on the side but not on the roof...any way to solve it?

love this mod, only complaint is on the kenworth w900 on the rotating roof view the exhaust sound is muffled/quiter unless you move the camera left or right of the exhuast stacks , so basically when you are looking straight down the road/ in between the exhaust stacks you can barely hear the exhaust which sucks :/

I've got both the Outlaw 359 and FLX 359. This camera works on the Outlaw but not the FLX.

Supose to work with the KW900 ?
Work with all the trucks exept trucks who point to the KW900 def ?

sry, i don't understand what you mean? There is a mod for ATS and ETS here in the steam shop. It works on scs trucks but also on modified trucks. So far I've only had one exception where it didn't work.

Killer mod man and how the roof preset should be.
Glad you picked the "Out The Window" view to replace.
Always hated how you couldn't turn and look in the normal roof view at intersections.
Some unique properties of this mod.

- Obviously great for looking around and enjoying the environment.
- Gives you a different perspective on backing and connecting to a trailer.
Just spin the camera 180 degrees.
I like how you can see the 5th wheel close up.
- Since you can look at a downward angle in this view now.
Helps you stay in the lanes because you can see more of the truck body.
- Gives you a great view when a train passes by.

In 1.43 and earlier versions you could add pivot to all cameras without any issues, since then however I have not been able to add pivot to any camera that doesn't already have it (interior and lean out cam). I've done a fair bit of investigation and think it's related to properties for the various cameras inside the models themselves (just a theory mind you).

That's awesome. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I also like to look around. Of course, drive with the button 1- cabin view. I often use button 4 for the cabin roof perspective, unfortunately it was also only rigidly aligned. Key 5 is very well placed. Nevertheless, my question - is it possible to rotate button 4 (cabin roof)? Great practical mod - best regards
