I just installed this to my personal server and the XP multiplier is not working.

you should try to balance this, 5x is good but you leave the default until lets says level 5 and start to apply the x5 or more after that, as in real training the hardest part is the beginning.
after that is not that bad, just having a lot of calories and proteins.
