I posted in the wrong place, this is the stand-alone missile only (in weapons folder, but can't do anything with). Will repost for the launcher.

Like the USA SSM-N-8, this rotates randomly at the start, but is not deployable like a gun or missile. Odd, since this guy's missile mods generally work wonderfully. Perhaps something became outdated by the game.
