could you pleeeeeease build the GOU Falling Outside The Normal Moral Constraints from Surface Detail? no1 has ever made a decent culture-craft in this game and my pc aint that good for me to build something impressive :/

This is awesome, I've been thinking about a humongous project that has to do with scientific and industrial buildings and also civilian habitation.
