Could I use this with the Noir's Attachments mod? Or Do I have to use the Sleeping Bags and Attachments mod? And if so, could I use them both?

Is there a way to make it spawn more often? I found one hot plate out of 30 different games, 2-3 hour playtime in 25 of them, 7 or more hours on the rest. where is the best buildings to find them in. i dont want to have to carry a microwave constantly.

Hey there again! Really liking the mod, however im having a issue, the game doesnt let me pick up the gas plate again into the inventory, says i need to remove the propane tank and if i do this i get a free propane tank and it lets me put it back lol, but it's kind of cheaty cause i get free propane tanks constantly because of this bug. Also really a shame this doesn't seem to work with noir attachments but i can live with that.

This is pretty cool! I was just thinking how nice it would be to have a hiking stove for my foraging runs. I usually pack a campfire kit, but ideally a hiking stove would be lighter and re-fillable. I'll give this a try for sure.

If you ever have time a rechargable camping battery and a small propane tank would be amazing! Maybe make the better batteries hand crank work with it? Cheers

Can you recharge the camping battery?

Got a problem where you can only pick the gas hot plate back up once the propane tank is removed. Rectified it by changing the weight value of propane tanks to a more manage size so I can carry them, since I don't use propane for anything except refilling torches.

great mod! having an issue with the electric hotplate though, it will heat up a mug of water but it wont heat up a kettle of water

Well I've been proven wrong. Just found one in a camp store. Guess I was looking in the wrong areas. As for the item spawner not showing the item, the game classifies it as furniture not an item. Might just be the cheat engine I was using to test things about due to it never showing furniture. That said I reiterate that this mod really helps for when the power goes out and you don't have a generator set up and don't want to lug around a 10 pound BBQ.

Hmm I can't imagine it would be the plates only since I use a similar script for both, but I'll definitely check into it. Last I used the mod, I was finding decent number of hot-plates in closets.

So I like the idea of the mod, a nice middle item between carrying campfire materials and BBQs. However when I add it to my mod list the hot plates never show up. Not anywhere in the world and not even in the item spawner. Only the camping batteries show up. Mod is active and is the only one of yours with this issue. Even loaded up a world with it being the only one active and still the plates didn't show up in spawner or the world loot. Coolers, rucksacks, sleeping bags with attachments, and even save backpack attachments mods work fine so far but not this one. Only guess I can make is some sort of official update killed the plates.

@Castle Not currently. It will disappear upon depletion, like the standard "battery". I am working on a camping battery charger (you'll place a camping battery inside to charge it) and a small propane tank for use with the gas hotplate. Hope to release it soon.

Is there a way to recharge camping batteries? If not could there be a way to feed standard batteries to it to recharge it?

I've updated the mod to power electric hotplates with car batteries, and added a smaller battery you can use with it as well.

@Castle That's correct. I'm not sure there's a way to actually force a stove to work from an outside source, like a car battery. I'll see what I can figure out, though.

Nope, it's basically just a smaller portable stove. Either the power still needs to be on or you need to be near a generator.

The Electric isnt battery powered?

If you can make a version that's battery powered this would actually be a godsent addon. Makes portable cooking much less of a hassle than a full blown campfire.
