It is by far not only the front. You cutted out some stuff, the sides are still almost the same, you changed coloring, wheels and the rear lights as well as the turret, but the whole buddy is still the same. Anywway it doesnt even matter. You may take this advise: If you use someone elses stuff you should give credit to him, doesnt matter how much you are reusing! The way you added it now already is the way to go. Trust me, i have seen this very often: Community will notice if you are doing not and you will wonder why you are getting more followers but also more and more downrates.

I think 90% taken is a stretch, i did take inspiration from your rover i will give you that. But if you look at both rovers, my Rovers is 5 Wide yours is 4 Wide, mine has open back yours is closed, I mean there going to look alike, there both made to look like Humvees.
