@Pixelclone , you will still get fined for crossing the red line and I don't plan to implement not having fine for red light fine. If you want to use mod that is easier, check out the erbkaiser's ETS2 Police Tweaks instead:

Reason is that in real life, there is camera for most of country that automatically detects the red light offense and I prefer this mod to be realistic rather than making the game too easy.

According to CountVlad's descriptions, sometimes delay before speeding fine gets ignored when police cars are nearby, immediately dealing fines. Unfortunately this is SCS side and cannot be fixed, and it's the reason why I put police detection to 70% as well. I will add that known issue to description so people doesn't ask same question over time.

Additionally, I have checked the changes into police_data.sii and luckily no update was required as everything stayed intact. This should work after West Balkans DLC and future DLCs (Unless SCS Software makes changes to police_data.sii)

There was no changes to speeding except delays and possiblity, probably it is related to SCS side... Sorry I can't do anything about it

(But I will go check if there is any changes to police_data.sii)

It was a speeding fine, the cop car was behind me, so I instantly got fined, at the speed sign. There should be a short delay, correct?

Can you be more descriptive? Fine you for which reason?

While riding in the West Balkan DLC and the poilce instantly fine you. I have not checked for any file changes, so I can`t give you more feedback.

No update needed! (Just tested on ATS and it would work the same just as ETS2) ETS2 version now supports 1.48

I really hated it im at a toll and the speed limit drops from 70kph to 30kph instantly and a cop car is behind me so thank you for this

oh btw...is there a chance you can make the No light fine completely gone during daytime ? i really hate it that i can just leave my headlight on 100% of the time, just breaks the experience for me.

@MakTheBlade , this is intentional and untouched. Unlike Erbkaiser's Police Tweaks this mod feature follows the CountVlad's Police Tweaks (And it is also considered to be continuation)

What about red lights? No police around and I rolled through a red - immediate fine.

@一生一世一瞬休 , No it only features removing doubled fines for police offenses... Unfortunately there is no way to add warning tone when police car is nearby

Also this mod is focused only adjusting the possibility and speeding violation delays

Temporary fix: All wrong way violations are disabled until SCS makes bug fixes to UK prefabs (Read more here [forum.scssoft.com] for details about this bug)

Note: There is a bug for Euro Truck Simulator 2, which false triggers the 'Wrong way violation' on country using left-hand traffic like UK. Unfortunately this is SCS side and cannot be fixed.

I guess what he meant was if there were tweaks for offence_police_probabilty[6] variable, not the police_nearby_fine_rate :)

Speaking of road rules violations, when 1.44 beta was first released, I noticed a new offence apperead in the game file with no.13. It was either entering 'no truck' road or driving in a truck's no-zone. I don't remember This violation was deleted quickly. Most likely devs have something in mind for the future

Mar 16, 2022 Update #2: After long thinking about reposts, I finally made a final decision.
