I parry an attack or dodge a very slow attack & then I can't even punish the enemy without having to move away first or use a move like down air, forward tilt, or down special that won't knock them away or start an easy combo. It'd help if her arms did damage during down smash. I'd understand having them do reduced damage since the idea is to hit them with your gauntlets but I see no reason why her arms should just do literally nothing when they hit you.
