Yea. it replaces the texture on the team colored parts so you can color it with the Hat painter.

We need more paintable stuff like this on the workshop! I'd love to see other cosmetics added like the Delinquent's Down Vest for scout (please? I know you guys use a paintable model sometimes).

If people didint get that there is no team coloring, theres a problem
