If someone still playing this, aparently the game crash is caused by the dillemma "DemeaningFilm". Deleting the text file located in "Democracy 3\Modsuperpower\data\simulation\dilemmas" may resolve the crash. I dont think someone may notice the dilemma removal.

FYI the crash is caused by the Demeaning Film dilemma. I couldn't figure out the specific problem within, but deleting that file will stop the crash.

I like the addition of nuclear energy and completely agree that envioromentalist flip their shit over it. But I don't think it should be considered bad for 'The Environment'. Events could be in place that really fuck up everything with meltdowns and terrorist attacks but compared to fossil fuels Nuclear is much much cleaner if there are no special events.
