It does work on Rep+, I just tested it out when going on Dross II, picked the visible item; and it shown me Lacrophygy on the Blind Pedestal as I picked up Glaucoma

Tested it in the latest Repentance+ build, it seems to work just fine after a brief test-run in Downpour I. Not sure if it'll continue to work in later builds, but as of right now it should run fine if you enable it.

I love the attention to details in this mod! For example, if you have the Glowing Hourglass, you can't see the item, which feels very fair and balanced, It really makes you appreciate the creator's attention to detail, something that a lot of people tend to overlook.
